The open-plan living areas include a mezzanine study, a modern kitchen with a light-filled breakfast nook, and a decadent dining room that seats up to 12 guests. The spacious living area boasts two sitting zones, providing ample space for relaxation. The barn comprises five en-suite bedrooms, three of which can be configured as twin rooms upon request, each furnished to reflect a luxurious yet comfortable style. Modern amenities such as full SKY television, a DVD player and library, and Wi-Fi access ensure guests stay connected and entertained.

The exterior spaces of Wold Barn are equally inviting. Guests can unwind in the spectacular hot tub or enjoy al fresco dining using the barbecue facilities. The property shares access to an all-weather astro-turf tennis court, perfect for sports enthusiasts. The estate spans approximately 14.5 acres of shared gardens, including large walled gardens with a water feature overlooking the River Windrush, a vegetable garden, gently rolling fields, and a private lake, offering picturesque settings for leisurely strolls and outdoor activities.

When combined with Wold House, the estate can accommodate up to 24 guests across 12 bedrooms, making it suitable for boutique weddings, family gatherings, or corporate retreats. The Manor dining room can host up to 30 guests with chair hire, and two of the family rooms hold a civil licence for up to 24 people. Additionally, a church is located just a short distance away, providing options for various ceremonial needs. The estate's expansive grounds and luxurious facilities ensure that every event is both memorable and flawlessly executed.
